Located in St. Petersburg, FL, the Senior C# .Net Developer has expertise with C# and ASP.NET for our growing company’s most critical projects.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
• Working with customers and developers to refine requirements and to develop and implement solutions for the business.
• Troubleshooting and debugging application code and responding to modification requests.
• Providing technical input for creation of policies, procedures and associated documentation.
• Engineers database queries for use in interactive SQL for problem solving.
• Engineers database queries for use in Stored Procedures.
• Provides assistance in the use of SQL and available extensions of SQL based on the product being used (PL/SQL, TSQL, etc.).
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• 5+ years of proven track record with .Net Development (C#), as well as creating XSDs and WSDLs.
• 5+ years as a software developer, with strong knowledge of general algorithms, design patterns and good coding practices.
• 3+ years experience participating in all stages of project development cycle (planning, design, implementation and testing).
• An expert in developing web-based applications in ASP.Net with C# using Visual Studio.
• Have solid knowledge of the HTML DOM and JavaScript using Ajax.
• Have strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, DDL; hands-on experience with databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
• Experience with working on large-scale data-driven applications is preferred.
• Experience with J2EE, Hibernate, SOAP, application services such as JBoss or WebLogic, metadata driven frameworks such as rule-based engines, OS Workflow, etc. is a plus. Expertise in UNIX/Linux is a plus.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or management information systems is preferred.
