John Hoelker

VP Loyalty Operations

John is responsible for managing the on-boarding and implementation initiatives for new and existing clients using certified project management processes and tools. He facilitates client requirement sessions, creates detailed business requirement documents, and analyzes and evaluates client-initiated changes to existing loyalty marketing programs and systems. He works with our clients to conduct problem analysis and submits recommendations for solutions. He also manages Kobie’s call center operations.

For the past twelve years, John has gained an extensive background in Client Operations, including project management, leading new and existing client implementations and conversions, as well as working day-to-day with clients on new loyalty marketing solutions and design.

Prior to joining Kobie, John was the Director of Distributed Technologies for TSYS Loyalty leading their Client Solutions, on-boarding and enhancement project teams. Prior to TSYS Loyalty John served as the Director of Carlson’s MasterCard Loyalty Marketing Center, the Carlson Director for the Coca-Cola Account, and lastly as their Director of Operations for their Atlanta Center. In addition, John has years of prior experience managing client operations and customer service and has earned his PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
