Our security services are best-in-class and include both external and internal penetration tests and vulnerability assessments. Kobie employs layered security at the physical, network, and application layers of our entire architecture.
Some of our security measures include:
• We use security products from Cisco, Check Point, Trend Micro, and TruSecure.
• We deploy Check Point firewalls with high-availability configuration, ensuring continuous protection and uptime. The systems support VPN connectivity with encryption levels up to AES256.
• We encrypt our data with at least a 3DES level to support our large financial institution clients.
• We log all inbound and outbound network traffic for analysis and review.
• We ensure all users are permissions-based. Kobie is able to manage an unlimited number of users and groups, as required.
• We use SSL encryption for all end-user web traffic. In addition, administrative access is limited via firewall by IP address or is limited to VPN access. Administrative access is also SSL encrypted.
• We perform internal security audits on a quarterly basis. These audits are performed from both inside and outside the application and network architecture. We use these audits to identify deficiencies and possible risks and we mitigate them before they can become security threats.
