The Challenge:

Melitta's Direct Delivery Program was in trouble. It was not producing the desired results. Melitta came to Kobie for our expertise in reviving under-performing customer loyalty and retention programs. Kobie was challenged to increase membership and grow the membership base of the Direct Deliver Program.

The Solution:

We initiated a two-pronged creative effort that included a redesign of the Melitta USA Web site to rank higher in search engines, attract more traffic, and increase clickthroughs and the development and execution of a unique monthly communications package to current and potential members of Melitta Direct.

The Result:

The award-winning member communications attracted member interest and participation, while the site redesign succeeded in generating increased traffic.
