A leader in the affinity credit card arena, MXT retained Kobie as its exclusive customer loyalty marketing provider and posed this simple challenge: design a customer loyalty platform and rewards program that is cost-effective, flexible and customizable for every affinity group that we onboard.

The Solution:

Kobie launched Life Happens Rewards - a program with broad appeal that enables members to be ready for "whatever, whenever."

Kobie designed the Life Happens program to allow a unique and highly customized member experience based on the specific affinity group attached to the member’s credit card. This extreme customization flows down to the offers, communications, and the logos, card images, colors, and rewards that each member views on the site.

All Life Happens members accumulate points, via their credit card spending, which can be redeemed for a wide variety of traditional and experiential rewards at various point levels.

Experiential rewards are specially selected to mesh with members’ interests. Life Happens helps its members celebrate all that life has to offer with rewards that include flexible travel, great vacation packages, exciting gift cards, and merchandise.
