The Challenge:

The challenge from Samsung was simple: Help us increase cellular phone sales through our associate channel by providing them with a customer incentive program. At the same time, generate accurate and detailed sales data that can be used for tracking purposes.

The Solution:

Kobie developed a customized channel incentive program utilizing IVR and Web technologies. The program allowed sales associates to register sales, earn rewards, and enter a fun “spin the wheel for rewards” sweepstakes. Online reports, available 24/7, tracked sales by participant, region, and manager and gave Samsung management detailed sales information for verification and eligibility purposes.

The Results:

The results were impressive! Samsung was able to leverage its channel with an incentive program to improve sales.
