Sweat Equity Network

The Challenge:

How do you motivate 100 million people to become healthy? You create a groundbreaking wellness program that rewards people for getting off the couch.

Lee Embley, CEO of Sweat Equity Network (SEN) is determined to resolve the health crisis. And so, SEN was formed as a healthy living coalition with the goal of driving down health care costs by rewarding individuals through incentives for participating in a variety of physical fitness events. The concept is simple - the more you engage in physical activity, the more points you will earn, the healthier you will be.

The Solution:

One of the challenges associated with such a huge goal was finding the right partners to integrate with to enroll, track, and reward health related activities. Needing a game changing loyalty platform, SEN chose Kobie to deliver a powerful loyalty experience engine- Alchemy. We work lockstep with FitLinxx, KickApps, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and a network of international fulfillment providers to make the magic happen.

More specifically, we extract and store data from SEN's proprietary biometrics monitoring device(s) to translate exercise, challenges, and events into points that are then redeemable for cool stuff like active gear, travel, hospitality or a host of other goodies from over 500 national brands. Pretty sweet, right? We think so.

Via our Alchemy loyalty engine we provide a customized, real-time, scalable integration solution working with social media and biometrics providers for a seamless customer experience. And when it comes time to add additional monitoring devices, partners, sponsors and events, we are ready and waiting to help SEN reach their goal of motivating 100 million strong.

The Result:

The SEN program is currently being piloted at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), the largest bank in the land down under. Along with SEN and partners, we are driving increased revenue in the form of increased productivity, sick day decline, and overall reduction in health related costs.
