Alchemy' loyalty management services can be divided into five components:

At the most basic level, typical data extracts contain raw account and transaction data.

• Easy Administrative Control - Why write code if you can configure your program online? Our modular approach to code design makes loyalty management and administrative tasks easy. Alchemy “administrators” can create new promotions, change redemption items, and manage reports on-demand from our feature-rich dashboards.
Users can view current member activity, configure customer rewards auctions, or build rich survey campaigns, as well as view key performance metrics on-demand.
