Kobie Helps Capture Elusive Young Drivers

AAA South was experiencing a decline in renewal membership among their younger customers. Kobie’s challenge was to create a direct mail package using contemporary images and style to appeal to a younger audience. Working within AAA’s printing specifications, Kobie developed an attractive direct mail piece emphasizing how the benefits of membership outweighed the cost of renewal. Results indicated that the new creative outperformed the control within the target audience.
