When Melitta Brought its Flailing Coffee Delivery Program to Kobie, we Brewed Up the Perfect Solution.
The Challenge:
Melitta’s Direct Delivery Program was in trouble – not producing the desired results. Melitta came to Kobie to tap into our expertise in reviving under-performing customer loyalty and member retention programs. Our challenge was to increase membership and grow the membership base of the Direct Deliver Program.
Kobie’s Solution:
Kobie initiated a two-pronged creative effort that included a redesign of the Melitta USA Web site to rank higher in search engines, attract more traffic, and increase clickthroughs. We also developed and executed a unique monthly communications package to current and potential members of Melitta Direct.
The Result:
The award-winning member communications attracted member interest and participation, while the site redesign succeeded in generating increased traffic.
