Nancy is responsible for leading Kobie’s Client Services team and Partnership Marketing practice, where she secures valued strategic and tactical partnerships for our clients’ loyalty programs. She has nearly 20 years of experience in loyalty marketing including extensive experience in strategic planning, account management and partnership marketing. 

Before joining Kobie, she served as VP, Marketing for American Public Media Group where she was responsible for leading marketing, publicity and creative services during the most significant growth period in the organization’s 40-year history. 

Prior to joining APMG, Nancy spent a significant part of her career at Carlson Marketing Group, one of the largest marketing agencies in the nation. She played a variety of roles during her 17-year tenure, including leading several client programs in the Loyalty Division. Most notably, Nancy was responsible for Northwest Airlines' WorldPerks program, where she was intimately involved in all aspects of the program’s life-cycle from inception to maturity. Nancy also directed the Westin Hotels & Resorts’ Connections program and the U.S. Bank, NWA Visa card.

Nancy completed her tenure at Carlson refining and leading Carlons’s Partnership Marketing practice, where she and her team created partnership strategies for dozens of leading brands throughout the country.  

Nancy has a B.S. in Business-Marketing from the University of Wisconsin and has completed several executive education programs in the areas of marketing, strategy and business leadership.
