Greg Minerva Senior Account Manager

Greg Minerva is a Senior Account Manager at Kobie Marketing. He acquired an interest in loyalty while working for the Miami Dolphins, where he established and developed their loyalty rewards program, Fin Club. Prior to joining Kobie Marketing, Greg worked in business development, eCommerce and marketing at several sports-related companies including the Boston Red Sox and Fanatics.

Notable are his five years at the Miami Dolphins where he focused on the strategic supervision of the Fin Club loyalty program, including development of the marketing plan, tactical member care management, redemption and fulfillment. He oversaw all aspects of the initiative including platform, partners and customers. In this role, he also worked with top brands in support of the team, fans and the stadium for long and short term partnerships and growth opportunities.

Greg has experience managing new member acquisition and engagement while keeping an eye on current customer performance by analyzing data and building a cadence for customer communications. He has also written copy for live read and pre-recorded radio spots, emails, social media, reward descriptions and surveys. Greg holds a Business Management degree from Florida Gulf Coast University.

In his spare time he enjoys fishing, watching and playing sports, and spending time with family and friends outdoors.
