Scott Lehner Loyalty Consultant
As a Strategy Consultant, Scott leads our client loyalty program engagements. Most of his career has been spent on the client side, in charge of large data-driven CRM and lifecycle marketing teams for several technology companies in both B2B and B2C arenas. He has held senior leadership team roles at Hewlett-Packard, Constant Contact, Intuit, Yahoo, and Ancestry.com where he developed a ground-breaking member engagement and loyalty business that helped fuel company revenue and customer growth by more than 300%. Scott has a rich background in service for subscription business models and all areas of CRM and Relationship Marketing. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ithaca College and an MBA from the University of Bridgeport.
