Jean-Louis Casabonne Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Casabonne is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of corporate finance, business development and senior management experience. He has a proven track record, operating in senior finance and business development positions in Fortune 500 company environments, small to mid-size publicly traded companies, as well as in the tech start-up world. He brings a unique ability as a CFO to go beyond the numbers and work in support of all aspects of a business to achieve the company’s goals.

As CFO of hopTo Inc., Jean-Louis managed all aspects of financial, legal and administrative areas of the company.

As CFO at Quova, Inc., he was instrumental in achieving profitability and positive cash flow and managing strategic relationships. His leadership was instrumental in building Quova’s market leadership in the areas of e-commerce fraud prevention, cyber security, content distribution and compliance.

He was retained by Neustar Inc., following the acquisition of Quova, as director of business development and strategic evangelist and was responsible for managing key customer relationships with companies such as Microsoft, PayPal, Major League Baseball and Expedia.com. He also developed new business partnerships as well as guiding product development efforts to respond to market demand for enhanced cyber security and compliance capabilities.

Prior to that, Mr. Casabonne served as the CFO, vice president of finance and operations and was a co-founder at Inxight Sofware, Inc., a spinoff from Xerox Corporation where he secured $24 million in Series B funding in addition to seed funding from Xerox to create Inxight Software. Additionally, he previously held several financial management positions at Xerox, where he helped launch three subsidiary companies.
