Marc spearheads the Brand Experience practice at Kobie, a confluence of communications and marketing strategy experts and seasoned creative professionals. This team works with current and prospective clients on program branding, messaging, segmented communications and creative execution delivered across digital, social, mobile and traditional channels. He is also responsible for the continued evolution of Kobie’s own brand in the loyalty marketplace.
An accomplished marketing communications professional, Marc’s 20 plus years’ experience have been earned on both the client and agency sides of the industry. He believes strongly in the power of branding and the constant reinforcement of strategic thinking. Armed with these two tenants communications become highly relevant and targeted to increase value, lift response and drive superior business results for all Kobie clients.
Prior to Kobie, Marc served as the Copy Director/ACD at Hanson Dodge, a Milwaukee-based advertising agency, where he worked on a variety of consumer accounts including Trek Bicycles and Wilson Sporting Goods. Marc has also held senior management posts at Eddie Bauer and The Swiss Colony, refining campaign strategies and offers for both existing customers and new prospects. Marc began his career in Retail, working as a copywriter for several large regional Department Store chains in the Midwest.
Marc received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with an emphasis on Creative Writing, from the University of Wisconsin. He is a former ADDY award winner and has served as a Branding instructor for a Midwestern advertising portfolio school.
