Michael Dehn


As a Solutions Architect, Michael shares responsibility for Kobie’s Retail / POS practice &mdash including implementation/conversion, ongoing program enhancements, and partner integration. He has 10+ years’ experience in the loyalty industry working with major brands across multiple industries, including retail (AMC Theatres, Best Buy, Wawa), finance (Bank of the West, PSCU, American Airlines FCU and GE Money), and large processors (Fidelity, VISA). His varied background in product and project management, prior Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and now in designing program solutions for Kobie’s clients, makes him somewhat of a “Swiss Army Knife” — able to work on any need for any program with skill and precision.

What are three things we should know about you?
  • Initially wanted to go to school for meteorology, but still have an interest in weather, specifically hurricanes.
  • The average beats per minute of music I listen to is 131BPM; love house music.
  • Born and raised in Minnesota, where I currently reside after living in the Tampa area for 11 years post college graduation.
