Wendy Culpepper Senior Director of Corporate Strategy
Wendy is the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at Kobie Marketing. She comes to Kobie with a colorful history and wealth of global experience in creative solutioning and digital strategy. Wendy developed her interest in loyalty marketing after years of owning a New York-based jewelry design company where many of her designs adorned celebrities such as Catherine Zeta Jones, Kate Hudson, Rachael Ray, and Jessica Alba. Her focus on digital marketing channels to drive e-commerce sales later dovetailed into the launch of her digital marketing consulting firm.
While operating the firm, one of Wendy’s clients included a global loyalty rewards company. Immersed in their business model, she thrived in the world of loyalty marketing as it mirrored her experiences in building a devoted customer base among her jewelry collectors and marketing clients. Wendy’s passion for her loyalty marketing client drew her in-house and across the ocean to serve as the Director of Online Marketing in their Austrian headquarters.
Wendy has now returned home and is embracing her Floridian roots at Kobie. She is applying her intuitive ability to find creative solutions to problems while driving strategy to deliver successful outcomes for both our clients and the company.
In Wendy’s spare time, she loves traveling with her husband, a fellow University of Florida Gator, playing with their “fur” kids, drawing, metalsmithing, reading, and enjoying a great glass of wine with friends.If you had a theme song, what would it be?
My theme song is, "Everyone Knows It's Windy." I just pretend to change the spelling. It reminds me of my dad singing it to me as a girl, and I think it's a great mantra to be "Smilin' at everybody she sees."
