John Schafer Senior Operations Manager
John is a Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is an active PMP. His experience spans the areas of operational leadership, team management, solutions advisement, strategic thinking, change management, work entry, customer service and project management. His background includes performing all aspects of software development and software management. His biggest enjoyment is in finding ways to improve day-to-day operations and processes for the betterment of the company. John also believes the only chocolate that should be consumed is that of the dark chocolate variety.
