Mike has 25 years of experience in contact center management, including global multichannel service and support, operations, workforce management and vendor management. Prior to joining Kobie Marketing, Mike worked in contact center operations management at several companies including Apple, Amazon, and ADP. Mike then took his contact center experience and started his own consulting business.
