The program was launched March 2009 on Kobie’s Alchemy rewards platform and offers targeted incentives, including points pooling, flexible travel options and experiential rewards. The program will enable Flagstar Bank to stay competitive through relationship banking and a differentiated customer experience. Members can pool points across accounts; earn experiential rewards, such as Daytona 500 NASCAR tickets; and book travel rewards through their provider of choice. The launch of Flagstar Rewards is a strategic move to counter new challenges in the banking industry, including decoupled debit and one of the toughest economic climates in decades.
