Kobie Marketing Appoints Disney Veteran as New Chief Information Officer

Larry Roos joins the loyalty experience marketing firm to support ongoing growth

St. Petersburg, Fla. (January 16, 2018) — Kobie Marketing, a global leader in customer reward programs and loyalty marketing solutions, announced today that its board of directors appointed Larry Roos as the company’s new chief information officer.

In this role, Larry will lead Kobie’s overall information technology (IT) strategy. He will be responsible for ensuring that Kobie is delivering the best services to its clients through data-driven technology.

Larry’s track record with consumer-focused companies reinforces the pivotal role of our brilliant team in supporting our customer-centric growth strategy.”

Larry brings more than 30 years of IT leadership and strategy experience to Kobie, including serving as CIO at FreshDirect, America Media Inc, and Burger King’s supply chain company.  He has also led IT departments at some of the world’s largest consumer companies such as Outback, Avon and Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. At Disney, Roos led a 200-person department and oversaw a budget up to $70 million for nine years.
