Kobie Marketing Appoints Industry Veteran Margaret Meraw as VP of Loyalty Operations
New Addition to Executive Team Strengthens Program Operations and Business Performance
St. Petersburg, FL (FEB 5, 2013)– Kobie Marketing, a recognized leader in the loyalty marketing industry,has announced the appointment of Margaret Meraw to Vice President of Loyalty Operations. In this position, Meraw will be responsible for managing loyalty program operations functions at Kobie.

In her role at Kobie, Meraw will manage all on-boarding and implementation initiatives for new and existing clients. Her team will facilitate client requirement sessions, oversee the creation of detailed business requirement documents, and analyze and evaluate client-initiated changes to existing loyalty marketing programs and systems. She will also manage Kobie’s call center and fulfillment operations.
Prior to joining Kobie Marketing, Meraw worked at RBC for 32 years, ending her tenure as the Director of International Credit Card Strategy. While there, Meraw was responsible for portfolios in the United States and the Caribbean, overseeing the creation and implementation of the company’s loyalty program, as well as launching multiple credit card products and initiatives supporting business growth.

Margaret holds a Graduate Diploma in Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Athabasca University.
